I am a chef who specializes in Caribbean and southern infusion foods. I use the highest quality ingredients....and believe it or not, they are gluten free!! 

I offer meal preparation and personal chef services. I actually started out catering intimate dinner parties consisting of 4-5 courses... hence the name "Intimate Fete". 

I was raised by southern parents, and I've been cooking since 7 years old! I love to cook and I it is how I show love for my friends and family. 

I love creating the food that accompanies an event, whether for a special occasion or treat! Food is my passion and it shows in the dishes I create.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have a consolation with each customer to gain their level of comfort with trying new foods and to cater a menu for thei event or lifestyle. I have an open door policy and welcome input, changes or questions at any time.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am proudly a self taught Chef with over 20 years experience. I believe my attention to detail and the ability to soothe ones soul through the food I make,  truly shows up in my cooking.

Catering rates range anywhere from $10-25 per plate and are customizable.

I offer family sized options as well, for those who would like a buffet type of atmosphere.


How did you get started in this business?

I got started simply by the love of food and how my family would gather to celebrate and love on one another based around the menu we were having. I remember my Grandmother and Aunt making scratchmade cakes without one thought behind measurements and the result would always be phenomenal and finger licking!

I love events where someone is being celebrated. I catered a surprise birthday party and had the pleasure of creating the menu! The feedback was amazing! I was honored they chose me to deliver on their most important day!
