About

I have a true passion for food! I love the idea of showing art on a plate. I take care of everything from beginning to end, set up, break down, an clean up. All you have to do is sit back an relax.

The adrenaline you get from putting a plate together, imagining something and then watching it become real on a plate. The best part though is seeing others enjoy your food, that's the best part.

The question should be What didnt I enjoy about Rewind Eatery? Because the answer would be simple I SIMPLY LOVES EVERYTHING! Chef J has the utmoat respect for her passion. The waybin which she prepares the meal down to the presentation. You can tell that she adores what she does putting passion behind everything she creates. She has so much professionalism walking you through the meal and answering any and all questions. Shes uses the freshest ingredients and makes sure that they are utilized properly. Chef J is the one of sweetest people youll ever met with an eye for flavor profile. Her food is SIMPLY AMAZING-I could eat a pot of the Soul Food Ramen if left to my own devices, YES ITS THAT GOOD!, will leave you with a positive lasting impression for sure-as I will be booking again. Her ideas are one of a kind and make for a memerable experience. I highly recommend Chef J for all your catering services if you want a WONDERFUL meal & PLEASANT conversation. Much Love!

Its just as the chef promised, nostalgia with an awesome twist. I had dish that reminded me of southern cooking with an Asian twist. I am waiting for rd.2.

Jazmine has an incredible personality and great energy. Plus, she is an amazing chef!! She worked with me to make sure all of my needs and desires were met in terms of the menu. She was timely and communicative the night of the event. And it went off without a hitch! From appetizer to dessert everything was fresh, well prepared, and delicious! You can tell Jazmine has a lot of experience and knows exactly what she is doing. I would give her 6 stars if I could!!

    Frequently asked questions

I do an initial consultation, pick your brain a little bit to get an idea of how you operate an what you're looking for. I do a free sample tasting of 2 dishes I'm thinking of creating and then once I get the go head. A menu gets written an you the client either agrees or can change whatever they choose.

I went to culinary school and graduated in 2013, since then I have worked in bakeries and other restaurants, I also do all the cooking at family functions. Plus have 2 growing boys so me and food are best friends.
I charge 8.50 per plate or 26 and hour. I also do fixed or flat rates as well.
My family has been catering or running their own restaurants for years, and I also loved the process of cooking and creating. It's art you can eat.
Everyone, I've catered for the VP of Aol when they were they the only internet service down to meal prepping for a new mom. If you're hungry I will cook for whomever.
I love date nights, interacting with guests and cooking for them is really fun, watching people enjoy themselves eating your food is truly something amazing.
There's no such thing as asking too many questions. The more details you provide the smoother the experience.
Guest should make sure they book someone who can and have catered a party of the size requested, ask these questions, the last thing you want is to leave your party to get the chef out the weeds. Also ask questions about tastings and if they can be provided.
