Silvio's is an Organic Italian Restaurant who specializes in scratch made Italian food. We are a small mom and pop restaurant who loves to support the local community by using local produce, dairy, meats and more. Everything served in the restauant is made in our very own kitchen by Silvio himself. We love using organic ingredients, and cater to all kinds of food sensativities such as GF, Vegan and Vegetarian.
Being in such a strong family environment, and all of the amazing food that I get to try out. But most importantly the love and passion that goes into all the food and care for the customers.

How did you get started in this business?
It started in Italy where I was raised, my father owned a bakery in which I eventually took over and ran with my wife, we then decided to open up another location. Once we moved to America I was working odd jobs but pizza and cooking is just in my blood so after many years, I decided to open up the restaurant. I spent many days hosting pizza parties at my house to perfect the pizza dough recipe and toppings.
