What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client, either in person or voice chat, we talk about what they are looking for. asking about any other media that inspires them, or has a similar feel to that they want.
after that we come up with a gameplan of how to accomplish their goal, layout an estimate of the total cost of the project, as best we can. then we execute on that plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been producing content for many years, and have persuied this passion since before we were in highschool (my brother and I)
both of us have taken several classes in our respective skill sets, as well as teaching ourselfs over the course of our lives.
we are constantly learning more and honing our skills, and love to try new things and get creative with our projects.

We do our best to work withing our clients budget. we're always very transparent with where each dollar is going.

We have produced hundreds of videos for our clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Give them reference for what you want, Images, Videos, Music. anything that encapsulated the feeling or style that you are looking to create.
Dont be afraid to wait, maybe now isnt the right time. if you're truely passionate about your project, you will make it happen, but it doesnt have to be all at once.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Total budget for the project.
Location, Talent,
And Logistics, who's gonna be there, When, how long. ample parking? food, water?
If you take care of the people helping you out, they are more likely be willing to help next time.
