What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to talk or meet with each prospective new client before a production begins. Once we determine their needs, we can then determine their pricing range. From there, it's just a matter of what requirements they have for their video production.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire seasoned professionals and promote from within from our intern pool. Mentoring is an important part of CVMedia as it rounds out our staff.
