About
After spending over a decade of following my passion, it has since flourished into my career. One of the best parts about my job is that I get to connect and help so many wonderful people! I am so privileged to share the most important parts of life with my clients. Starting with engagement photos, to weddings, then pregnancy shoots, and all the way until they have their whole family! It’s such a beautiful gift to be a part of that journey. I value creating a space where clients feel confident and comfortable being their true, authentic selves. I’m not doing my job if my clients aren’t enjoying themselves; I believe the entire shoot should be an experience within itself. Something to be captured and enjoyed for years to come.
I feel so grateful to have such an incredible job. I adore meeting new people, helping others in their pursuit to preserve meaningful memories, and sincerely connecting with them as I assist them in feeling confident in their authentic selves. Honoring someone's truest self, fuels my passion for what I do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have the privilege of meeting a new client, I first start by getting to know them through a consultation. I feel it's imperative that I fully understand my client’s needs and wants so I can best accommodate them. Once my client and I both feel I understand what they are envisioning, we can set up a time and place for the photoshoot. I'm passionate about ensuring my shoots are an entire experience for my clients. My job is to capture true moments of authenticity. Open communication is also a key component throughout this whole process; I want my clients to feel comfortable sharing what they feel is right for them and from there we collaborate. After I'm done editing, I always offer up to 3 revisions for my clients, with the understanding that everyone has their own personal opinions on what looks best to them. My client’s satisfaction truly comes first to me and I’m always happy to do whatever I can to preserve those moments that you’ll treasure forever!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing photography for 10 years and have built my skills through many different sources. I've taken many of my courses through Creative Live; I'm very driven to self-educate as well. I'm constantly educating myself on the newest techniques and concepts, knowing that I can always broaden my knowledge. I believe that it's important to constantly grow and evolve and that there is always more to learn!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I always offer competitive prices; the reason I don't post them is because I like to know exactly what my clients want before stating a certain price. Please reach out if you have any questions or are looking for a quote, I'd be happy to help.
How did you get started in this business?
I've had a somewhat unusual but wonderous journey as I came to build my career in photography. For 13 years I was battling an illness that took many of my freedoms away, including my ability to actively go out and fully experience life. Although my time outside of the illness was limited, I would have some days where I was able to go out and have the opportunity to have create beautiful and memorable experiences. I cherished those precious moments greatly and I always had my camera on me to capture each fleeting exposure; so, on days I really struggled I was able to reflect back on those times. That helped me greatly to continue the fight. I'm ecstatic to say I finally found a treatment that allowed me to recover and gain my life back but those strenuous years left me with a very unique perspective on the world; a perspective I am eternally grateful to have. Once I was in better health, I knew that I wanted to make photography my career; I wanted to share the gift I was given with others. Photography means so much more to me than just taking a beautiful photo. It's an opportunity to capture authentic, meaningful moments that can be appreciated and preserved for years to come. When I state that my client's needs truly come first, I very much mean it; I want them to receive the same type of impact I was able to gain. I very much appreciate the trust that my clients give me to provide such a treasured item. I do not take that for granted and take the responsibility very seriously. I strive to always create something that is catered to exactly what they're looking for. That's why, when choosing me as your photographer, I ensure the shoot is an immersive and fun experience no matter what the photos are for!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years I've worked with an array of different clients with all different types of needs. I've done family photography, children, fashion; senior photos, headshots and portraits. I've also photographed several different events such as weddings, graduation parties, baptisms; and engagement parties. Finally, I've worked with a variety of different businesses; taking photos of products, the store, and photos for marketing and exposure purposes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I genuinely always have fun on my photoshoots and so it's difficult to pin point one that I'm specifically fond of but I'm happy to give an example. One of my latest shoots was of this incredible family with three young girls. It's always fun working with children because part of my job includes making sure the kids are having fun and I get to play with them! They were so sweet and thrilled to get their photos taken; I ended up taking way more photos than I initially intended but I loved how excited they were! By the end of the shoot, they wanted me to stay and babysit them which just meant the world to me. It's moments like that, where I really connect to my clients, that make me so passionate about what I do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There are several things that are important to know while looking to hire a photographer. Always look at a photographer's work; photography is an art and all of us have a different take on our techniques and editing processes. Have a consultation with the photographer to make sure that you feel confident that they understand what you are looking for and one you feel you can trust with your vision. Never feel bad for asking as many questions as you need to. It's important that you feel you understand the process and what you are getting ahead of time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's important that you know what your needs are before contacting a photographer. Once you have identified your needs then the photographer can step in and start collaborating with you and together, come up with different ideas of what will best meet those needs.
