What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning what the client needs, setting expectations and determining a plan of action to accomplish the goals set forth.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing from most of my services is based off $150/hr with a 2 hour minimum. That includes me all my gear Basic lighting and mic packages, backdrops, cameras and a few more bells and whistles. This however can change depending on the type of shoot though so its best to always get your project quoted so there are not any surprises for either party.
How did you get started in this business?
I started shooting and technical directing for my High School which had a nationally rated program at the time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Small clients with a need for just a portrait to high profile clients that require a lot more care.
