I have not worked a day since I started my business. It is what I was ment to do. I enjoy learning about new ways to prepare food and sell to satisfied customers. I take great pride in the preparation of my food and enjoy the smiles on my customer's faces after they try my food.

My first experience, I went in for lunch one day due to a recommendation and had a wonderful meal. Second experience involved giving him less than 24 hours to prepare enough chicken and beef for 100 people for cinco de mayo. He pulled through! Nothing but great things to say!!
