Hutkay Fusion

One of the best food we have ordered for annual dinner party. We ordered a $22 per person meal which included HeirloOM Salad ( which was pretty to look at with purple and yellow carrots, mini orange and yellow tomatoes etc), Lentil Soup (amazingly flavourful hearty soup), Power of 7 smoothie (seven organic ingredient smoothie, very yummy), baked samosas with tamarind sauce,

Shanu chaat their awards winning dish based on chickpeas,, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani (rice dish) and orange zested dates with nuts balls.

All the guests were very happy and many enquired about the food. Very tasty and bold flavors in the food was the topic many discussed. Food came on time, hot and ready to serve. We were impressed with professionalism, knowledge and kindness of Dr Swaroop, who was with us until the food was served.

Environment

Hutkay Fusion catered our event for over 500 guests. The food was phenomenal - multiple guests inquired about where they could buy the food. All the food was clearly labeled for allergens, which was a relief to many of our guests. The food arrived and was set up at the exact time requested and Swaroop ensured that it stayed hot even though we didnt have access to electrical plugs at our venue. Having worked with multiple vendors over the years, I can honestly say that this was our best catering experience yet. The guests were happy, we were able to serve a healthy, well rounded meal, and Swaroop managed all the details allowing us to enjoy the event.
