Thank you for taking a moment to review information about eNixon Photography. My name is Elizabeth and my husband's name is Erik. We provide professional photography in the Northern Part of Michigan's Lower Peninsula. I have been a professional photographer now for nearly 13 years and my husband has been my lovely assistant and secondary photographer. I currently work at RTV Inc. managing commercial photography shoots across the US, Canada, and the UK. I have been a volunteer photographer for the Humane Society, Traverse City Film Festival, and March of Dimes in Traverse City, Michigan. How did you get started in this business?
I've always had a strong interested in Art, and come from a very artistic family, and I've always been interested in numbers. I decided after one year of school planning to become a CPA that my love for art was winning. The CPA dream became a past thought when I had my first black and white photography class. I have been hooked ever since, and love to create imagery that people love and cherish.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Children, Pets, Commercial (Hotels, Senior Living Facilities, Hospitals), Brides/Grooms, High School Seniors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Professional photography is a very competitive market in the area that I live in. You will always want to view the photographer's work. Photographers have different shooting styles, and you want to make sure that the photographer you are reviewing has a style that you love. You also want to make sure that the photographer you are working with is able to be great at communication and pleasant to work with.
