What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will ask a few questions to understand the job better. After we have agreed on when and where we are taking pictures, we will talk about the payment for the session to secure your time slot and day. I will ask for your email address and phone number so we can stay in contact. On the day of we will take the pictures and typically picture turn around is 2-3 weeks from the day I have taken them, most often they are uploaded to shootproof sooner. I will upload your pictures to shootproof and will send you an email letting you know that they are up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a class through the local community college as well as online classes. Most of my talent is raw talent.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depends on what you are looking for, since I do a variety of different general it's better to reach out to me for us to chat. Occasionally I do offer discounts.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a knack for taking pictures as a high school senior. A few years ago I wanted to get some pictures of my two boys and I picked up my camera and I posted them on Facebook. Family and friends told me I should go into buisness. I haven't looked back.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you interview them, and take a look at their portfolio to make sure that the way that they edit their pictures is what you are looking for.
