Full service catering featuring mobile smoker available for events of all sizes in the Southeast Michigan area. We specialize in slow-smoked BBQ, but we can cater a variety of dishes ranging from Italian to Polish to gathering boards and desserts. We use fresh and local ingredients to ensure you and your guests enjoy your meal. We are a locally owned small business that has operated a full service restaurant, bar, and catering service in Trenton since 2010. We care about our food and our guests.
