I am a single mother of two wonderful children, and my passion for cooking runs deep within. When I'm in the kitchen, I feel at home, I can effortlessly whip up delectable dish with my eyes closed. Encouraged by my love for cooking, I decided to take a bold step and pursue my dreams. I started by selling plates out of my house, and the demand was so high that I consistently sold out everyday. This early success opened my eyes to the potential of my culinary talents. Imminently I was  Motivated by the enthusiastic response, I made the bold decision to expand my operations and share my art with a wider audience. In 2023, Mahogany officially opened, eager to bring my unique and delicious creations to the world. Over the years, I have ventured into various cuisines and embraced healthier cooking choices, especially by incorporating a diverse range of vegetables to bring out rich and vibrant flavors. my upbringing in my grandmother's bustling kitchen, where I was surrounded by the aromas of delicious, comforting meals and an abundance of delectable leftovers, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
