Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure I understand the client's needs before submitting a quote for the project and ensure there is ample communication. Once the client accepts the quote, the project is booked with a partial downpayment. Once complete, the client reviews relevant media via email or Dropbox, then approves it. The project is paid for and the client receives their deliverables within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My photography and videography work has been entirely self-taught. I went to Sessions Online School of Design for a two year Web Design course as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each project is evaulated on an individual basis. Because of this, the amount of investment varies.
How did you get started in this business?
Since an early age, I have been interested in photography. I started shooting professionally in 2009.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Manufacturing companies, medical device companies, quality control companies, influencers, and Amazon sellers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My latest project involves compiling aerial footage from various states into a single promotional piece.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you have an idea of what you are looking for. Explain to the photographer/videographer how many photos you need or how long the video will be. Tell them what your goal is in hiring this person. Give examples of pieces you like. Describe your budget, and know that good work is not cheap...and cheap work is not good.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
-Where do I need these photos taken?
-Do I need models?
-How long will this take?
-How soon do I need the images?
-What are my expectations?
