What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an initial contact by phone or email then either a consultation in person or additional emails. I confirm all session and pricing by email and text. I meet clients at my studio or at a chosen location and we have a great photo session. Within a week I have proofs available for client to pick up and use for viewing and choosing thier favorite images. I sell prints, photo products, and digital files. I provide all my clients with exceptional customer service and excellent products and images.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
eighteen years in business and constant continuing education in photography and photoshop. Classes and workshops for professionals. I love learning and never stop educating myself.

I have pricing based on the type of service needed and the amount of time requested.
How did you get started in this business?
Part-time as a stay at home mom to full time studio owner. Years of experience and training.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers from newborns, children, seniors, weddings, corporate, sports team and everything inbetween.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I photographed a large event company party of 350 guests and provided a photobooth style backdrop and props as well as did candids throughout the event shwing the great time everyone had!
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Hire someone that is full time and has a business location. Check out their social media and web presense to get a feel for their style and how they rspond to people. See samples of their work and talk to the photographer to see if you are a good fit with them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
What equipment do they use and what kind of a lab are they using? How long is the session, and how long does it take for their final order to be delivered. Are the images edited and retouched?
