At Catrina's Mexican Restaurant, we pride ourselves on bringing authentic Mexican flavors and dishes from Mexico to Minnesota.
Catrinas opened our first restaurant in Oakdale, MN in late 2014, St. Anthony in 2016 and St Paul in 2018. Founders Lorenzo Tejeda, Paul Marshall and Co-Owner David Maceda focus on bringing you everything fresh, authentic, and locally sourced. All food is made in house by the owners and chefs on a daily basis and served in a fast-casual taqueria setting.
We enjoy making Autenthic Mexican Food using tradicional recipes and fresh ingredients with and easy concept to bring to all types of events. We have 12 different meat options, vegetarian options, 12 toppings, 10 salsa, and gluten free Menu options.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an easy way of set up a Catering Order. Simple view our Catering menu, customer choose the item and amount our prices are per person. We create a estimate, review and confirm, pay, delivery and set up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Chef/Manager and I have 25 years working for the restaurant industry. I have pasion for food and bringing customers great food experince.
