WE are a authentic Mexican Restaurant we preperd our food in our restaurant fresh and we have a good reputation in our community and we been for 11 years open we are 4.5 star restaurant our prices are very afortable for any one we do catering and offer Tacos Burritos Combination plates Nachos in our Food Truck and for Catrering we do the Taco Bar includes Rice beans 2 or 3 meats with cilantro,onions,lettuce chesse,sourcream, Pico D'Gallo ,Chips and salsas

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to introduce our selfs,talk about our CATER options either with the food truck or regular Cater if we come to an agreement we like to invite our costumer for food texting to our restaurant so they can select they're meats and payment options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
being working in the food industry for 36 years working from a dish washer to being a Banquet manager , Banquet Captain working in a fine dinning cussine as a waiter for 26 years until I'open my restaurant.

we do have a standar pricing for our Taco Bar and Food truck ,it can vary in some cases depending the kind of food they want ( example ) Guacamole '' some times the market value change in a weekly basis and some produces as well
How did you get started in this business?
working in the industry for a long Time and have the oportunity to save and take the ''chance '' to open the restaurantin 2009 right in the ressecion and chalenge my future .

any kind from law firm to a factory employers ,weddings ,graduations , birthdays etc.

Boston Apartments fo 79 /ppa Cater for Target Corporation distribution center in Blaine MN for 875/pp in a cople days for lunch and dinner we have been doing events with over 250 /pp and some block parties to .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
just to check arround in cuality and prices and delivery procedures
