What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Finer Process:
The potential new customer contacts us via our website, or FB messenger, or phone (word-of-mouth) referrals still work!
We also go through Food truck booking services that allow customers to find food trucks near them in real time.
We will be provided with the event, date, time, location, # of guests & budget. We build the menu from there.
Doug or Rachel will continue to communicate with them up until the date of their event.
