What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a free consultation to everyone. It is important that we build trust and that your services compliment your lifestyle. Everyone's needs are very different and I want to find a hair care plan that works for you. Free Zoom consultation to anyone who calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to grow my education traveling all over the country with my L'anza color Tribe. I am licensed in MN and Florida and maintain the highest level of sanitation for myself and my clients by continuing my education in my skills as well as health and safty.
