What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reserving Your Date Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the total cost is received. A 3 day grace period will be given before the deposit becomes nonrefundable. All bookings for weddings are made on a first-come-first-served basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit. We recommend all deposits be paid as soon as possible as artist availability is limited. Booking Process We will send you a formal quote and a contract that you can eSign right online. You will also receive a separate email with the invoice for the deposit. It will give you the option to pay online.

Bridal Packages Bridal Makeup Package On-Site $150 (Includes a bridal makeup trial, wedding day service & lashes) Application includes primers, HD photo ready makeup, setting spray, waterproofing, perspiration control and barrier spray. This service is unlike any service you'll find in a salon. Our HD makeup applications last up to 18 hours. Bridal Airbrush Makeup Package On-Site $170 (Includes trial, wedding day service and lashes) Application includes primers and HD, waterproof, airbrush foundation with traditional glamour. Also includes perspiration control and barrier spray. This foundation is unlike any in how it looks, feels and wears. Our airbrush foundation can last up to 48 hours and feels like youre wearing nothing at all. Does not transfer to clothing, does not fade and is smudge-proof. How did you get started in this business?
Face to Face Makeup Artistry & Hair was founded by Melissa "Violett" Volk. With over 10 years of experience, Violett's longstanding relationship with Dinair Airbrush Makeup has made her one of the handful of artists that provides "Full Airbrush Makeup".
Establishing a large following on YouTube, given her unique abilities, Violett's reputation is well-known in many markets. Her past partnerships with HSN and the NFL Network were what led her to create the on-demand company.
Featured in Connect Business Magazine in 2008's "Hot Stars" edition, Violett announced her goal to provide her brides and clients with professional stylists through an easier booking process, and Face to Face was born.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with a wide variety of clients and experienced a lot of diversity. We've worked with clients for not only bridal which is our specialty but also done corporate head shots, runway, photo shoots, fashion shows, TV/Film and even worked with local and national TV networks. The NFL Network is one of the largest we've worked with but we've also worked with HSN and local stations.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Experience is key and a bit of knowledge about skin is something that will prevent a disaster. Since airbrush makeup adheres to the skin, the skin does affect the makeup, how it appears and how it performs. Using the wrong product for the skin type can lead to the skin looking ashy, cakey or even make the makeup move.
