Our Head Chef has been in business for over 35 years. She cooks with love, as she provides you with the authentic Caribbean and Southern Soul Food Cuisine. We offer event catering, corporate catering, and we even have a food truck that is a great hit during the spring and summer months. We have various catering licenses that can be used within a 30-mile radius of Saint Paul, MN. We have 3 signature sauces that not only adds the perfect amount of flavor to any dish but also gives our customers a chance to give back to a charitable cause. 10% of the proceeds from our sauce sales are donated to various organizations like The Children's Oncology Department at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, The American Cancer Society, and Saint Jude's.
