I have a bachelor of arts degree in graphic design an a associates degree in culinary skills.
I have 28 years of professional marketing and business development, outside sales skills.
30 years of amateur photography skills and I recently completed a professional real estate photography course.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For real estate photography a standard package, smaller homes up to 2500 ft.² minimum 24 professional steel pictures digitally enhanced $125.
premium package medium size homes up to 5000 ft.² minimum 30 professional steel pictures, digitally enhanced $150.
luxury package large sized luxury homes up to 5100 ft.² minimum 40 professional still Pictures digitally enhanced $200.
Drone photography an additional $50. Twilight photo shoot an additional $50 3-D virtual tour $75 per hour
How did you get started in this business?
I have been told for many years that I should be a professional photographer but I always thought of it as a hobby. 2020 in the COVID-19 health scare has pushed me into pursuing my passion and utilizing my knowledge of photography. It's exciting to become your own boss!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working all levels of individuals, from CEOs and presidents of companies to working with receptionist and janitors in the all receive equally professional, courtesy driven customer service.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A young couple I know asked if I would do their wedding engagement photos at a local sunflower field. Not only did I take the pictures for them but I have received numerous compliments and praise and how great they turned out.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure that they are professional courteous and dressed appropriately for the job. Showing up to a photo shoot in shorts and flip-flops is not acceptable. Ask for photography examples so the photographermay demonstrate quest for excellence in every job they do.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is the business and property that you want to photograph? Is it a safe location? How will I be paid, Following immediately after the photography shoot or will I be billed in payment submitted later. Will the customer join me on the shoot, which would be preferable.
