I have spent almost 20 years in the industry as a stylist with one of the biggest salons in the industry. I opened Dragonfly Studio so I could create an environment that would provide custom cosmetology services in a private setting. The past five years I have had an amazing opportunity lead educational events for my peers along with attending events hosted by the industry's top stylists.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I provide a service, I want to make sure that my clients are educated on how to maintain the look they are wanting with the proper styling technique and products. We can schedule a complimentary consultations at anytime. I have online scheduling available with a full list of services. If there is any questions please feel free to call or email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a educator in the industry I have attended several events to advance my skill level. These events have been hosted by celebrity hairstylists and cosmetology social media influencers.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have set base prices for my services. Any additional fees that may accrue will be addressed before any services are performed.
How did you get started in this business?
I fell in love with the creative aspects of the industry. I attended cosmetology school at St Paul College where I attained my cosmetology license. From there I worked my way from stylist to salon manager to artistic director.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I also volunteer with look good, feel better. A service that provides cancer patients lessons on skin care, makeup application and choosing wigs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone who you vibe well with. It will build trust!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I love inspiration pictures! It's great to bring one or a few. Ask about pricing, no one likes sticker shock.
