Hello,

My name is Earnestine.

I started cooking in the kitchen with my grandmother around ten years old.

When I got married my husband's family were also excellent cooks.

They taught me how to make so many dishes from scratch.

My catering business name is

Heavenly Blessed Catering, LLC.

I'm a servant of God.

Which means I love serving people of all ages with a loving and kind spirit!

I have been a certified caterer for 15 plus years.

My menu consists of a variety of food that I truly love, love, love, preparing.

I specialized in a variety of pastas, which is my signature dishes made from scratch.

All of my clients LOVE my pasta dishes!

My daughter works with me and she is a Pastry Chef.

She attended New York Culinary Institute School.

She prepares all of the desserts from scratch.

I also decorate the guest tables and the food tables.

Presentation is very important to me when decorating my food station, etc.

I always present a "wow factor" for whatever the event I'm catering for!!
