What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person meeting with client to plan event. Prepare menu and get clients approval. Arrive at least 2 hours early to prepare for the event. Serve guests, clean up and leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from the CulinRy Business Academy for personal chef. I have an associates degree from The Art Institite - Kansas City in Culinary Arts. I have been a personal chef since 2009. I currently work as a Culinary Arts Instructor at s local school.
