Hello my name is Ken owner of Gringos Cubanos food truck. we sell authentic cuban sandwiches and sides. Me and my brother have 30yrs experience combined in the kitchen industry. Yet we are a new food truck to the seen only active since May 2025. and have finally gotten the opportunity to do our own thing. specializing in cuban cuisine. but dont get it fooled we can cook it all. We have well over 100+ weddings, corporate events. serving 300 + people at them. and even more private events. we would love to help build any event with you and look forward to doing do so.
