What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking, and graphic design.
Our team has 40 years of experience in photography, videography, computer repair, and video editing.
We have 20 years of music production, mixing, and mastering.
We also have two commercial drones and two FAA Part 107 certified pilots.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All pricing is per project based.
Our computer repair has an initial $50 charge that includes the first hour. After that, it increases $12.50 for each additional 15 minutes. Any parts needed to complete the project must be paid by the customer before any work begins.
Base rate for most other projects is $100 per hour or determined by a contract.
How did you get started in this business?
We started playing music with family about 40 years ago, then began recording and mixing soon after. We have played in bands for 25 years.
In 1999, we started doing wedding videos and soon after photography as well. This continued until 2010 when we started producing commercials for websites.
In 2019 we formed our LLC and trademarked our logo. We also purchased our commercial drones and went through extensive training and passed the FAA Part 107 Certification.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal parties for weddings and other events. Online commercials for several companies. Developed websites for hospitals, internal websites for businesses, and other sites for coffee shops, gift shops, and many other small businesses. We have done photo shoots for real estates and commercial real estates. And we have used our drones to take updated photos of golf courses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were selected to do a photo shoot at a local hotel. Taking the time to make each phorrhe best it could be was challenging and rewarding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get to know the professionals who would be involved in your project. Make sure you feel comfortable with them. Let them show you their portfolio as well as their equipment. Having that personal connection is what makes the project enjoyable and makes your vision become a reality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do you want your project to portray? What is your customer base? What kind of media does your project need? What is your timeline? What is your budget for the entire project?
