Hello & Thank you for considering me to handle this important event. I have spent my life as a chef and in the Culinary profession at many levels. Decades of award winning work.

From apprenticing under a Escoffier trained chef to owning my own Fine Dining Restaurant that featured classic contemporary cuisine as well as Sushi.

Catering and private events was one my keystones. Home parties a specialty. From large to intimate.

Every aspect of a meal is done with pride in servicing the guest beyond expectations. Always fresh, quality ingredients handled with care and skill to provide not just a meal but a memory.
