I am a headshot/lifestyle photographer originally from Texas, currently in Western North Carolina. I believe the secret to any great portraits is the connection the photographer has with the client/subject. My style: Simple, Elegant and Artistic. I LOVE to emulate film, black and white, subtle and dark, but do not shy away from bold and bright colors and high contrast.
I have over 20 years of photography experience, 20+ years of Photoshop experience, and 15 years of being a professional photographer. My technical expertise is with lighting, posing, editing and developing a story. My images may look candid, but I develop that through posing, interaction, connection, lighting, developing the story, and editing the finishing product to be a beautiful piece of art.
I aim to provide a professional and personable photography experience resulting in dynamic, flattering portraits. My state-of-the-art photography, editing and retouching skills have delivered corporate and individual portraits to thousands of happy clients. Available for portraiture, weddings, model & actor portfolio development, editorial event photography, as well as other commissions. Usually like to talk or meet prior to the photoshoot. Always makes the client feel more at ease during the photo session, plus allows me to discover more about you which definitely helps the end product be exactly what you're looking for.
