Frequently asked questions
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer two tiers of preset catering options, although you can always request custom options.
The Bargain Spread offers our Southern Chicken Pie, Green Beans, House Salad and Cornbread muffins for an incredible $4.49/person!
The Southern Spread offers up to two choices of Southern Chicken Pie, Beef Tips & Rice, Chopped Steak, Oven Roasted Turkey, and Fire Roasted Chicken, two fixin's of Homestyle Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Creamed Potatoes, Smashed Sweet Potatoes, and Squash Casserole with House Salad and Cornbread muffins still included! And it starts at just $7.99. That means a 100 person event could eat a full Southern meal for less than $800! There's no one else in town with these kind of prices!
Included in both of these spreads are disposable paper products including plates, cutlery kits, and serving utensils.
We pride ourselves on offering the most budget-friendly catering in the Burlington area. Therefore on-site staff and chafer dishes are not provided in the above pricing framework. Contact us for a custom quote.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with corporate clients, weddings, family reunions, and churches - anyone looking to feed a crowd without busting a budget!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are not overpaying for simple items. Many caterers charge $10-15+/person simply because they provide chafer dishes and some ornamental serving pieces.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you looking for a high level of service and/or a high-level of decorative arrangements? How many guests do you have?
