The main thing that makes Bams 5 Star stand out is our ability to truly show our versatility. Most people have a specific style of cooking. Here at Bams, we try to do a little bit of everything. Limiting myself to one culture of food isn't something I'm into.
What I enjoy is showing me in my food. You can literally tell I love my job. I've been cooking since I was about 11 years old. And it's the main stress reliever in my life. I love seeing peoples reactions to the dishes I create. The WOW factor gets me every time. I love everyone I come in contact with and I'm so grateful for their return.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually i provide a link for them to fill out and then from there we discuss further services. Services such as is it a drop off catering, or a stay and serve. How many people, etc. I want to make sure every question is answered so that they can be properly quoted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have culinary education, however, I have ran several kitchens on my own in the past. I've ran bars, restaurants etc. I have catered birthdays, baby showers and more!
And if there is a job I cannot service I refer them to someone who may be able to!

Word of mouth and blessings poured upon me. It's always been in me to do this.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not go in with an exquisite menu if you cannot hold your end of the bargain financially.
