What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial interview to see what you prefer at your function how do you want your food prepared and how do you want your dessert served. This also allows room for customers with allergies or specific preparations preparations if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from Johnson & Wales University and 10 years experience of catering and personal chef services.
