What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with my clients completing a Catering Consultation Form and then from there a FaceTime conference call to further discuss what services will be rendered!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for a year while in Culinary School. I attended The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham for two years before I decided to come home and try something different. I love food, cooking and creating! Starting my own business has been a dream come true!
How did you get started in this business?
My grandmother taught me everything I know. She really awakened my love for food and cooking!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I catered a wedding rehearsal dinner in Charlotte, NC. It was so much fun! I even shot a commercial!
