I found out about Nikki through a Facebook group. She had packages that could not be beat! Our menu consisted of a house salad, baked chicken, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, and yeast rolls. I was nervous because our tasting had to be rescheduled due to illness, but due to scheduling, it was less than a month before our wedding. Thankfully, the food was delicious! The only negative thing was the day of our wedding. Nikki and her team were 1.5 hours late. I attempted to call her from my cell phone and one of my bridesmaid’s cell phone. She did not answer either call, but I was able to reach her by calling through Facebook. She said she was about 5 minutes late and had to run to Walmart to get a few last minute things. She arrived shortly thereafter. I would have appreciated a heads up as she got there only 30 minutes before my ceremony, but it did work out in the end. As for the food, the chicken breast was a little dry compared to the tasting, and the mashed potatoes were cold. The mashed potatoes being cold could have been because I was sitting by a fan. Overall, the tasting was better than the day of and I think that’s because Nikki had more time to prepare for the tasting, but was rushed for the wedding. With all that said, I would book her again and ask her to arrive earlier.

My Bestie surprised me with an unexpected party that was catered by Niknakz and everything this was amazing! The Lemon Pepper wings were phenomenal as well as the sliders and party preparation. I was very very pleased by her services.

Very professional and accommodating. I was in a bind and she was able to not only meet my expectations but exceed them. The food was hot, flavorful, delectable, and on time. Couldnt ask for a better person to cater my event. You cannot go wrong with her.
