My husband Dayle and I love love and we mean love Ben Reardon. Our 1st experience with him was September 2022. He catered my husbands retirement event. All of my guests enjoyed everything he prepared. March 18th - last month, he did another event for us. When I tell you he did not disappoint, is an understatement. His food is so delicious with the right amount of seasoning and flare that makes the taste buds literally sing. We will recommend him with high marks. Cant wait until our next experience with our friend and Chef.

    Frequently asked questions

When working with a new customer, we first like to learn a little bit about the customer. A little bit of background goes a long way in order to go the extra step for someone.

We like to ask questions about dietary restrictions, any food preferences, etc. This helps breakdown full understanding of a clients expectations and leaves no room for error. At the end of the day, the goal is for the client to be overly happy about the services that were just provided to them.

Once a menu and date is agreed upon, a general contract is drawn up and signed. Signing the document that is notarized, ulimately secures a trust between the two or more parties. All documents are copied and filed in a secure location for record keeping.

A few days before the event the client will be contacted. This is just to touch base and figure out any last minute detailsn or changes. This is always good to do. Being in the events industry, its important to understand that things can change in the blink of a eye. Its always better to be ahead than behind.

On the day of the event I will show up at an agreed upon time between the parties. The services will be provided and then I will leave after event or when client desires.

When coming up with a quote for a client, it is important to understand the services needed. Not every experience is the same, so why should the price be the same?

I like to hear the ins and outs of everything being requested. Then based on the menu, decor, and other event details a price per head is decided.

With most of my experience in catering and private events, a few years back I decided to start a official business and put more time and effort into it. Having recently moved from Charlotte to Atlanta, it was the perfect opportunity to focus on my business 100% in a new area.
-Corporate Clients -Investment Bankers -Medical Professionals -Technological Professionals -Retired Individuals
In the month of April I recently was contracted for the Masters Golf Tournament working for celebrity chef VeryVera. This was my 4th year at the masters and 3rd year working for Vera. It is always such a great opportunity and is never a dual moment. I will always look forward to that time of the year.
One important detail that is sometimes over looked is allergies. This is especially important if it is a larger group of people.
