    We like to get on the phone with new customers to talk about their special event. We still like the idea of human to human interactions. This is how we are able to best serve and meet our customers needs; by giving them access to someone who they can call and make arrangements with. 

    Our company is led by Executive Chef Trey who has been in the culinary space his entire life. As a son of a Head Chef in New York, most of his skills were made in the comfort of his home. 

    We started the business back in 2013, however it was much different. We started out selling Italian ice and over the course of the years, we transitioned into the Caribbean cuisine aspect of the business. Chef Trey had a great desire for cuisine and bringing something unique to the market that no one has ever thought about before. 

    Hire someone who truly cares about you and your special occasion. For us, it is more than money. It's providing the very thing that brings love ones together. We love to see people enjoy one another around a great meal. This brings great joy to our hearts.
