What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone consultation preferably text just to get an idea of what they're interested in. Once they arrive at the salon I welcome them with open arms make them feel comfortable, it's a one on one environment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed cosmetologist. I graduated from empire beauty college
