About
The name of the Salon is R3 Hair Studio, which means I want the client to come Relax, Rejuvenate and Re-Invent themselves because you deserve it.
It is a single owned and operated salon, that allows a one on one experience for the client.
I do offer an array of salons services that include: Haircuts, Haircolor, Keratin Straightners, Curls, and Facial Waxing.
I enjoy creating a look that is made for you, and your style.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can either book a consultation or book for the services needed. I always have a small consultation with every client everytime about their hair. The consultation will go over services getting, the expectation, and the price if it has changed since the last service. So, you know what to expect when you check out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually go to education classes, to learn new ideas and trends that are coming out in the beauty industry.
I also am a Colour Educator for J Beverly Hills. To which, I attend training events that show trends and how to teach others.
Global is this year, which is a 3 day International Education Event, showing trends from around the world and learning how to perform them in the salon!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
If you are interested in my base pricing for services. I welcome you to go to my website and look under services.
If you are mobile, Services can be found under the drop down window.
How did you get started in this business?
I have 20+ years in the industry. Like most creative people I wanted a career that would allow me to express that creativity. I also, enjoy it when people leave feeling good about how they look.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers range in age from around 13 to 95. I would say the majority of customers are working professionals or used to be working professionals. And I do include, stay at home mothers a working professional.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I also work as the Brand Manager for J Beverly Hills at a Distributorship called BeautyScope.
My days are often filled with visiting salons in North and South Carolina, teaching about the brand, opening new accounts with the sales consultants, managing and growing our education team, while helping existing accounts succeed to their best potential using J Beverly Hills.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have an idea of a plan when you come in. It is very hard to suggest ideas to new customers when I don't know your lifestyle.
Hairstylists, do like pictures. It allows me to know your thought process. But, with pictures be prepared to let my trained eye tell you if it is achievable or not and the reasons why.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know your budget?
Be prepared, you may not always be able to achieve the look your going for in one visit.
