What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask the client what they want done along with my assessment of there hair. It’s important to ask questions so I know how to handle their hair and scalp with care . Also because am not your typical stylist I throw a few jokes in there as well just to keep the momentum and fun going.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of regency beauty institute with a designer degree, I am a certified Brazilian blow specialist, Am pravanna certified, influnance certified and I am familiar with all types of hair. I have worked in all types of salons and I felt that being on my own since the virus has given me some power to tap into my gifts more and share them with others.

So my prices vary depending on what your getting. I don't charge for consultations. I charge for the style and the time it takes to complete it.
Knotless braids start at 170 and up depending on size and length of braids ( I do not provide hair)

How did you get started in this business?
Well the pandemic. I had to figure out how was I going to continue my passion for something that I love to do. Hair is what I live, breathe and love. It's a gift from God and even though I can do everything, I know what am good at!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of people. I just like the variety of helping others feel their best.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A client telling me she loved her hair and that she didn't think she was going to beable tk get it done due ti her hair issues.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the person is certified. Some people say they do hair and they can't provide a photo of that service. Make sure that they are nice, respectful but also knowledgeable about your hair and make sure that they have the money to pay you .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What issues are you having with your hair. It's important to be honest because we already know what you've done to it by looking at it but we want to make sure that your hair is healthy and it grows. Don't go to someone who is not using professional products. Of course this cost money but the results are amazing when you use professional instead of over the counter beauty supply store products.
