We are a professional, full-service catering company with over 17 years experience in event catering, wedding reception catering, corporate catering, personal chef services, private events and more! We have a unique mix of Classic American cuisine with European, Asian, African and South American Influences. Our dishes range from the classic Homemade Peach Cobbler to the adventurous Mediterranean Soft Shell Lamb Tacos. We are health conscious and offer vegetarian, vegan, organic, and gluten-free options for any occasion. Our goal is to make sure every meal is memorable, and every experience is unforgettable! I enjoy working with customers and helping to make their events and milestones unforgettable! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company provides custom quotes. Meaning, we do not just publish menus with pricing. We conduct a consultation via phone or in person, discuss your details, budget, vision, etc. Take that information, prepare a very targeted custom quote based on that consultation so we are presenting you with a proposal that addresses all of your concerns, preferences, suggestions, budget parameters, and related items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-trained chef and caterer with over 20+ years experience working in the culinary / food service industry. Our company was founded in March 2005 and we have maintained a consistently evolving, prosperous business model throughout that journey.

We do have a standard menu that we can publish with pricing but for the majority of our catering events, we provide customized quotes which are actually more customer friendly and allows you to create a menu package that fits within your unique budget.
