    We begin the process of finding out the details of an event once we have been contacted by a potential client, and if there is a specific theme, we will design a menu to reflect that theme. We will price the client's menu and send them an estimate using our invoice-generating software if they have their own menu. Once they approve the estimate, we will begin preparing for the event. Throughout the entire process, if the client needs anything else, we will be there for them every step of the way.

     

    A certified executive chef with a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Blue College, I have been in my field for over ten years. I worked in Walt Disney World resorts and Pinehurst resorts. I also worked as a corporate dining executive chef for six years.
