What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we workout the details of the services a client requires. I take a deposit of 1/2 the service cost from every client to book. The entire cost is required if your service is under $65. This deposit is non- refundable and the remaining balance is due the day of your service before service is rendered. If you need to reschedule please give 24 hours notice or your reschedule will be forfeited and a new deposit is required. We are a professional Beauty providers and time is very important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Am Oh Too Cute has been in business since 2012. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I also have a business administration degree. I also work as a full time Beauty Consultant at one of the leading beauty destinstions.

How did you get started in this business?
Since a 12 year old girl beauty has been a huge part of my life. I would often glam family and friends, so naturally when I graduated H.S. I went to beauty school. I have now been licensed for 12 years so I guess you can say its in my DNA.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done work for weddings, proms, photo shoots, fashion shows, everyday women and lil girls. I have worked with customers from all walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was recently hired for a fashion show that was a moch wedding. I had 4 model for hair and makeup it took 4 1/2 hours.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research. Go my social media. Cheaper doesn't always mean better you get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Client should answer every question that Fash ask and be very specific. More Details will likely help clients hire the right Pro.
