What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because every event is different I like to speck with the customer first through a free initial interview, to see what there vision is for the wedding, party, or event. I will them work within your budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of law enforcement experince which helps me work under pressure and work through last minute problems. I have 9 years of supervisory experenice which helps me lead a group of people or employees and work with vendors to negotiate the best price. I have a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University. ***I have a certificate in Wedding and Event Planning from the US Career Institute. I have been doing events for several years.

Because every event is different I will work within the budget to the best of my ability.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always wanted to do event planning for over 20 years. After doing several events for free I decided to start my own company and employee honest and reliable people to help with the events. My company attacks an event like an fine tuned "army" in order to make sure everything goes as planned.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Some of my fondest memories is when people come to one of my events and say "wow'... this is amazing and... I feel underdressed this is really nice!!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking to hire an event planner I would make sure you getting what you are asking for in writing. This helps protect the client and the planner.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I have a form/checklist for clients to review that will answer almost any questions that would be asked by a planner.
