I love seeing the joy and wonder in my clients eyes when I am able to get their vision almost perfect to what they envisioned it would be like. Whether it's a child seeing their favorite character or a bride seeing her groom at the end of the aisle, knowing everything will be alright and it's their dream, that is what it's all about and what I love most about my job.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always set up a complimentary 1 hour session to meet with a new customer to sit down with them (at their location or ours) and get a general feel of what they are looking for and dreaming of for their special event(s). Once both are in agreeance that we are their chosen planner, we then set a budget, timeline and piece together that vision as a team. We are available by phone, email or in person to assist our clients with their events.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years on customer service ranging from retail to medical field. I also have 10 years in assisting other planners with setting up various events.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no "one size fits all" pricing with us. We base our prices on the budget the client has and their special needs. No two events are the same so therefore no price is the same. Not everyone can afford the high end stuff but everyone deserves to feel like their event was worthy of a king/queen. We don't let price get in the way of that. We prefer to keep the costs down but the elegance and vision of the client in the front view.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business being a single mom and always dreaming of giving my children the parties they were always invited to but we could never afford. I started getting creative and planning their get togethers and holidays. Over the years, I assisted with other planners to learn from them the do's and dont's all while keeping my dream of helping other low income families/couples reach their dream event(s) without breaking the bank.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My own personal wedding from December 2016. It was a vintage romance theme with approximately 100 guests and I was able to spend only $5000 total from gowns, to food, to venue and everything in between. It was a magical moment and it was planned short notice starting in late August/beginning of September through to the very end of November.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet with several of us and compare prices, styles and their visions on how best to help you. Then sit with your family or friends and discuss your views. After all that is done, then decide on who is right for you and your budget with your vision in mind for your special event(s).
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budget is the biggest snag people forget to think about. It happens to be one of the biggest items that is covered more than once because anything can happen so you always want to make sure that you as a client prepare yourself on your lowest budget and highest without stretching yourself too thin. We all get caught up in the fun of planning events but we often forget that they do come with a price tag.
