We are Taco Fusion. Traditional Mexican with a taste tantilizing twist! We offer a full service restaurant, mobile food unit, catering with or without the food truck and so much more! Three of our current tacos have won awards, our Award Winning Chef, Jose David Peraza-Arce, is well known and respected in the Raleigh/Durham area and beyond.
