What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer a phone conversation to understand their desires. I outline my services offered, explain payment processes, and then craft a menu specific to their needs and wants with my creativity. No 2 menus are the same. Clients can expect me to arrive 1 hour prior to dinner and utilize their kitchen to prepare their dinner. Afterwards they will find it spotless!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Classically trained for 2 years at a technical school for culinary arts. Working at some of the highest hotels and honing my skills and customer service with over 22 years of experience.

Each event is priced differently, but always at a per person price. The cost is all inclusive of ingredients equipment and services
How did you get started in this business?
Stated marketing my services in 2015 doing meal preps for clients and branded myself as a chef creating dinners in home out of a desire to bring a more personalized dining experience
What types of customers have you worked with?
Few celebrities. High value individuals and families with sophisticated palates. Folks who enjoy dining well, foodies who live Caribbean food and folks celebrating special occasions
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Most recent event was an 8 course pop up dinner with island hopping as a theme. Guests experienced reimaginations of dishes from various Caribbean islands. Its a precursor to what id like to do regularly
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To be realistic with your budget and understaffed that hiring a chef and bringing a restaurant to you is a luxury. Food isn't cheap so one must plan accordingly
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Number of people, dietary restrictions, type or dinner( courses,buffet, family style,apperizers), date and time, budget, will drinks or wine pairings be requested, will children be dining?
