We work primarily in the corporate world - pharmaceuticals - but handle other areas when corporate event planning is needed. Fast, efficient and friendly, we work with our clients to ensure a smooth, on-time and on-budget event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a meeting the outlines the service being sought, the time frame, the goals and the budget. We then assess the information and determine the best plan for achieving what the client is seeking. Our action plans can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on the need.
Whether one event or a series, we work to set up markers within that time frame for both soft and hard milestones to ensure that we are on-time and on budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our combine staff has over 50 years of event management experience. Ranging from hotel services and contracting to trade shows and conventions, we cover a broad range of logistical experience.

Our pricing is based on the needs of the client so therefore each project is individually estimated.
How did you get started in this business?
The founder of the company worked with a major pharmaceutical company and was invited to bid on projects through a new company that became Encompass Meetings. Since that occurred 8 years ago, we have continued to grow and expand.
