What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule clients for a consultation to get a good understanding of what the customer is looking for in a hair style. Following clients consultation we schedule client for their initial appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both stylist have been in the hair industry for 20 years, one of which is a licensed NC Cosmetology Instructor. We specialize in silk presses, color, cutting, extensions, updos, and relaxers. We do a variety of hair services.
