What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to discuss your needs and vision for your portraits!  Doing so allows us to better provide you with cherished portrait memories!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Nancy Jo Photography is alumni of East Coast Photography School, having attended annual workshops for the last five years.  She has trained under some of best and most accomplished current photographic artists.
We are a proud member of Professional Photographers of America, Professional Photographers of NC and Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We offer full service portrait photography.  Session fee is $100+, depending on time and location.  Packages start at $400.  We offer everything from professional quality prints, to master canvases, beautiful portrait albums and framing services.

How did you get started in this business?

Nancy Jo has been photographing since the age of eight years old.  While it was always a passion and hobby she has studied and practiced all her life, she finally decided to change careers in 2010 and make it her full time career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We specialize in children and families, so most of our clients are families with children.  We also work a great deal with corporate clients for professional headshots.

Nancy Jo and her staff are also extremely comfortable photographing children and adults with special needs.

What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?

Find someone that fits the style of photography you desire, and then discuss your vision with them.  Make sure they are willing and able to create your unique vision.  Lastly, make sure they are a professional and offer the products that you seek from your portrait session!

What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?

Do not stress if you do not have a specific vision.  Tell your professional photographer what you know you want, and then let him/her do what they do best.... create art for you!
