About this pro

As a photographer, I know how important details are, which is why I spend a lot of time during my shoot and in post-production analyzing every detail to make sure my portraits are perfect. I also know how important it is for my customers to look at their photos and say "that's me" and be pleased. I do not do harsh editing, I am all about natural. Natural light & natural beauty.

I love meeting new people and experiencing new situations! There isn't a photoshoot that I do that I don't enjoy!

What I liked about working with T. Melvin Photography is the positive and professional interaction with the clients. As far as photos go, I am very impressed by her ability to adapt to situations as well as make it a great photoshoot!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process begins with communication from the customer of what services they are in need of, from there we talk details (when, where, how many outfits, etc.), and then agree on price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have seven years of professional photography experience in many different styles of portraiture.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Fees are based on type of service, length of photoshoot and additional services. All photoshoots come with a basic package that can be upgraded.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers, professional models, musicians, artists, dancers, families, businesses! I love photography in its entirety!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Pay attention to the details of the photos you want. Are they straight? Is your hand in focus? Are your limbs not chopped off? That’s all key the perfect photo! That’s all and more of what I pay attention to while photographing!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How long (hour/s) do you want to book the professional for? How many outfit changes do you want? How many different locations do you want to shoot at? Do you want to shoot at the studio?
